What Happened to Your List of New Year’s Resolutions?

We invite you to create a mini end-of-the-year list for 2020 that will help you make space for the upcoming new year.

Remember that list of resolutions and goals for 2020 that you created in January, or at the end of December?

We don’t either.

The year 2020 has been very challenging for everyone since collectively, we have gone through many situations, some of which we had not experienced with such magnitude in the lifetime of most people alive.

It is possible that when we asked you where your resolution list was you did not know where it really is, or that you realized you forgot about it months ago.

As this year has been a year of radical changes, our invitation is that instead of looking for the list that you lost months ago or being hard on yourself for abandoning it, prepare a small list of resolutions to make before the end of the year, to start the new decade with space and energy to create new things.

Here are some of the things we recommend that you include on your end of the year list:

  • Check the state of your physical health: Taking the time to identify points of weakness or that need attention can in many cases prevent the development of diseases.
  • Get rid of everything you don’t need: This includes material objects, as well as habits that are not functional.
  • If you were thinking of reviewing your eating, exercise, sleep, and other habits, this is an excellent time to do so.

For the rest of the year to be profitable, it is important that you identify the things that worked, so you can build something even better based on that, and those that did not work, so you can replace them with something better.

We hope we have inspired you to make room in your life for the rest of the year and to create a strong foundation for your health and life next year.
